This Refund Policy explains how Brainy Elements handles payments and refunds.

Setup Fees
Setup fees generally cover planning, strategy, design time, development time, administrative time, and project preparation. Once work begins, setup fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Monthly Services
Monthly care or support plans may be canceled according to the written agreement or billing terms. Partial monthly refunds are not guaranteed.

Custom Merch
Custom merch orders are reviewed before production. Once proof/payment is approved and production begins, refunds may be limited because the item is customized.

Clients should contact brainyelements@gmail.com with concerns so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
