Custom Merch Terms

By submitting a custom merch request, the customer confirms they own the uploaded design or have permission to use it.

Review Required
All custom requests are reviewed before production. Brainy Elements may reject designs that are low quality, unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or unsuitable for production.

Proof And Payment
A proof and payment request may be sent before production. Production does not begin until required approval and payment are received.

Production And Shipping
Production and shipping may involve third-party print or fulfillment providers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Custom Products
Because custom products are made for a specific customer, refunds and exchanges may be limited after approval and production.
